Based in Star, North Carolina, Carolina Structural Systems manufactures roof and floor trusses for residential and commercial construction, serving customers across North Carolina and South Carolina. It is a business where a delay in the office has a way of becoming a delay on site.

What we are providing

CSP is providing managed IT services to support the company as it grows: robust support for day-to-day IT concerns, and longer-term help with projects and planning. As their staff, customer base and number of locations expand, we will be introducing cloud technology to give them more room to scale and stronger business continuity behind the scenes.
